XCANFIELD -- Christopher Marks, 177 Applegrove St., N.E., North Canton, and his bride, the former Jamie Cooley, 1400 Hollybrier Drive, Gahanna, exchanged nuptial vows during a 3:30 p.m. July 12 ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Dr. David Lynn at Canfield United Methodist Church.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at Tippecanoe Country Club before leaving on a wedding trip to the Hawaiian islands of Maui and Kauai and to Las Vegas. They live in Columbus.
Mike and Lynn Cooley, 289 Jade Court, are parents of the bride. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University, Columbus, and is a merchandise analyst with Limited Brands in Columbus.
Parents of the groom are John and Susan Marks, 79 Loch Heath Lane, Youngstown. He graduated from OSU with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is a product design engineer with the Timken Co. in North Canton.
Wearing periwinkle gowns were the honor attendants, Anne Wolf and Katie Rasmussen, and the bridesmaids, Jennifer Wunder, the bride's cousin, and Monica Grande. Flower girl was Marissa Marks, the groom's cousin.
The duties of best man were performed by Martin Cisine, and groomsmen were Craig Marks, the groom's brother; Scott Cooley, a brother of the bride; and Bob Boyce. Ring bearer was Jonathon Barkett. Guests were ushered by Adam Bartsch and Mike Marusiak.
