HERMITAGE, PA. Police say juvenile sold drug at school

Police said they can't prove who provided the drug that killed the youth.
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Police have filed a juvenile court petition against a 16-year-old Hickory High School student, charging him with selling methadone tablets in the school.
The allegations against the student surfaced during an investigation into the Jan. 17 death of Brian Grgurich, 17, of Catalina Place, who died of a combination of alcohol and methadone at a party at an apartment on Lamor Road.
He was found dead in the apartment about 10:30 a.m. Jan. 18. His death was ruled accidental.
Police said their investigation into the supply of methadone led them to the Hickory student, although they can't prove that he provided the drug ingested by Grgurich.
The student has been petitioned to juvenile court on charges of possession and delivery of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
Police said another juvenile faces similar counts in the case but hasn't been charged.
One adult has been arrested in the case. Dominick R. Yeropoli, 23, of Pearson Street, New Castle, was charged in June with furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Police said he is accused of providing alcohol consumed by Grgurich at the party.
