AMY MAUERMANSCOTT BYRNS
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Amy Rene & eacute; Mauerman and Scott Michael Byrns, both of 387 Jaronte Drive, Boardman, exchanged marriage vows before Monsignor Lawrence Fye during a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. July 19 at St. Columba Cathedral.
Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. James Minno, 16291/2 Mayfield Ave., and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Byrns, 400 Melrose Ave., Boardman.
The couple were honored at a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman then left for a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They live in Boardman.
Pearls, crystals and French lace enhanced the bride's strapless, white sheath gown. The bride was escorted by her brother, Jimmy Minno Jr.
Mrs. Byrns earned an associate degree in accounting at Youngstown State University, where she plans to pursue a bachelor's in business administration. She is employed by Dr. Paul A. Rich in Liberty.
Mr. Byrns graduated from ETI Technical College, where he studied heating, ventilating and air conditioning. He is an installer with Heydle Heating.
Cheryl Fowler was honor attendant and wore an amethyst-colored dress. Bridesmaids, in lavender, were Deana Fitch, Melissa Hollen, Kim Perry and Jen Stran. Junior attendants were Kayla Perry and Rebekah Perry and flower girl, Sarah Perry.
Mark Byrns served as best man. Groomsmen were Scott Perry, Gus Seckler, Ralph Stellato and Jeff Stran. Ring bearer was Matthew Stran.
