FEDERAL LEAGUE | History
1964 -- Formed by Massillon Jackson, Canton South, Canton Glenwood, Magnolia Sandy Valley, Massillon Perry, Navarre Fairless and Marlington. Descendant of old Stark County AA League.
1967 -- Sandy Valley leaves.
1968 -- North Canton, Louisville and Canton Oakwood join.
1975 -- Fairless leaves. Glenwood and Oakwood consolidate into GlenOak.
1983 -- Alliance joins.
1985 -- Marlington leaves.
1986 -- Canton South leaves.
1987 -- Uniontown Lake joins.
1988 -- Wooster, New Philadelphia, Canton South and Canton Timken join. League splits into two divisions: American (Hoover, Jackson, GlenOak, Alliance and Perry) and National (Canton South, Louisville, Lake, Wooster, New Philadelphia and Timken).
1990 -- Canton South and Louisville leave to form Northeastern Buckeye Conference. Federal League goes back to one division.
1994 -- Timken leaves.
1995 -- New Philadelphia leaves.
2003 -- Alliance and Wooster leave. Boardman, Fitch and Canton McKinley join.
