XNEW WATERFORD -- The Rev. Jan Winnale officiated at 4 p.m. July 5 for the wedding of Stacy Marie LoCicero and James Michael Duvall. The outdoor ceremony took place at the home of the groom's parents, Darrell and Janine Duvall, 6334 Raley Road. The bride is a daughter of John and Regina LoCicero, 3966 W. Main St.
An outdoor reception followed at the same location. The couple spent their honeymoon in Orlando, Fla., and Nassau, Bahamas. They are living at the Raley Road address until moving to Maine.
The bride wore a white gown designed with spaghetti straps edged in silver and pearls. The A-line skirt flowed to a train.
Maid of honor was Lisa Farmer, and bridesmaids were Alicia Umbel, the bride's cousin; Katy Hoover; Amie Smith; and Rebecca Duvall-Berger, the groom's sister. They wore tangerine-colored gowns.
Darrell Duvall Jr. performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Dale Duvall, his brother; Nick LoCicero, the bride's brother; Zachery Bergman; and Adam Milhoan. Ushers were the bride's cousin, Maynard Tally, and the groom's cousins, Daniel Goehring and Chad Cowgill.
Mrs. Duvall graduated from Stark State College in Canton with an associate degree in electrical engineering. She is a dialysis technician at D.C.I. in East Liverpool.
Her husband holds an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Start State College and is a mechanic technician with Spartan Chevrolet in Boardman.
