Gas prices raise 4 cents, 19 more than last year
Gasoline prices in Northeast Ohio increased by four cents this week to an average of $1.57 per gallon for self-serve regular, according to AAA Ohio Motorist Association's Fuel Gauge Survey. Motorists are paying 19 cents more than they were a year ago when prices averaged $1.38 per gallon.
Health insurance coverage question/answer session
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Ohio Department of Insurance will have representatives on hand from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday to answer questions about health insurance coverage available through the federal Health Care Tax Credit program. The registration session will be at the Organizacion Civica y Cultural Hispana Americana office, 3660 Shirley Road, Youngstown. Ohioans eligible for the program were mailed information packets by the IRS last month.
