HOWLAND -- Joe Casey of Howland Township was re-elected as a state board director of the Ancient Order of Hibernians during the annual state convention July 10-13 at the Embassy Suites in Columbus.

He has served as editor of the division newsletter and on several committees, including press and publicity and scholarship.
The division meets monthly at McMenamy's Restaurant in Niles.
