YOUNGSTOWN --Park Vista Retirement Community has appointed Dr. Vivian Laderosa Starr its medical director. Dr. Starr has been working as a physician in Park Vista's Rehab Center since November 2002. She is an employee of Quality Health Care Providers in Dearborn, Mich., and has a private practice in Campbellwith her husband, Dr. Philip Starr.
A Canfield resident, Dr. Vivian Starr graduated from Chaney High School and completed her undergraduate work at Youngstown State University. She earned her medical degree from Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa and completed a residency at the former Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital and St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Holly Popowicz to call center supervisor at the company's New Castle financial services call center. Popowicz joined InfoCision in 2000 as a program supervisor in the company's Austintown political center, and she was named senior program supervisor of the New Castle center in 2002.
