Mr. and Mrs. Williams are honored at reception marking 30th anniversary

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Alan D. Williams Sr., 1161 Miami Ave., were guests of honor during a dinner-dance reception Aug. 9 marking their 30th wedding anniversary.
Invitations were issued for the late-afternoon event that was held at the Maronite Center.
Hosts were the honorees' children and daughter-in-law, Alan D. Williams Jr. of Pittsburgh, Lamont and Claudia Williams of Youngstown, and Catrina L. Williams and Kimberly A. Williams, both of Norfolk, Va.
The former Mary Ann Welcher and Mr. Williams exchanged marriage vows Aug. 4, 1973, at the bride's home in Youngstown.
Mrs. Williams is employed by Forum Health Northside Medical Center as a sterile processing technician II.
Retiring in 1990, Mr. Williams was a hot-mill craneman at Sharon Steel Corp. in Farrell, Pa.
They have four grandchildren.
