Ohio Open moving
The Ohio Open, played at Tam O'Shanter Golf Course in Canton since 1989, will move to Aurora in suburban Cleveland next year. The 54-hole event run by the Northern Ohio PGA will be played Aug. 2-4, with the first round at Walden Golf & amp; Tennis Club and the second and third rounds at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Barrington Golf Club. Dominic Antenucci, NOPGA executive director, said the tournament's contract has expired with Tam O'Shanter, which has been mentioned as a possible housing development site. Until moving to Tam O'Shanter 14 years ago, the tournament had moved to different sites annually.
