Eric Constantine, 25, Akron; assault.
Helen Dumar, 36, Walnut Street, Salem; theft of drugs.
Jeffrey Seidner, 29, Haessley Road, Hanoverton; five counts of complicity to breaking and entering.
Daniel Moffatt, 44, Tremble Avenue, Campbell; aggravated vehicular assault.
William Garren, 22, New Cumberland, W.Va.; 13 counts of breaking and entering.
Scott Cunningham, 32, New Cumberland, W.Va.; 17 counts of breaking and entering; one count of attempted breaking and entering.
Howard Lightner, 22, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville; receiving stolen property.
Luke Morris, 24, McKee Street, East Liverpool; domestic violence.
Jason Rose, 22, Hammondsville; six counts of forgery.
Vicki Waite, 43, E. Washington Street, Lisbon; aggravated arson.
