A series of house burglaries is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
CRIME: Burglary and theft.
LOCATION: Sharon.
DETAILS: Police are investigating a series of house burglaries over the past week that are similar. Most occurred during daylight hours in the Sherman, Baldwin, Cedar and Spruce avenues area of the city.
SUSPECT: Witnesses report seeing a suspicious person in the area just before the burglaries. They describe him as a black man in his 30s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a medium build, short hair and possibly a small mustache.

REWARD: Crime Solvers, a nonprofit organization, offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of anyone responsible for a serious crime in Mercer County.
