LOTS TO SPLASH: A truck causes a wide and high spray as it travels on a flooded street in Bowling Green, Ohio. A thunderstorm brought 3 inches of rain in less than two hours Monday night. In the Mahoning Valley, thunderstorms brought hail and high winds. Many power outages were reported.
