Nicole Stringer to be bride of Mr. Bankhead

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stringer of Youngstown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Nicole A. Stringer, also of Youngstown, and William D. Bankhead of Hubbard.
The future groom is a son of William D. Bankhead Sr. of Youngstown and the late Shirley A. Bankhead. The bride-elect also is a daughter of the late Sandra L. Stringer.
Miss Stringer is employed by Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren. She attended the University of Akron.
Mr. Bankhead is a journeyman electrician at Delphi Packard. He is attending the University of Akron.
The couple have chosen Aug. 30 as their wedding date. They will exchange marriage vows during an open-church ceremony planned for 3 p.m. at Rising Star Baptist Church. Invitations will be issued for an early evening reception at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre in Liberty.
