MERCER Doctor receives sentence for indecent exposure
The episodes took place at medical offices at the Greenville Plaza.

MERCER -- A physician who formerly practiced in Greenville was sentenced to 15 to 30 days in jail and placed on four years' probation for exposing himself to several female patients and business associates.
David Graham, 59, now of Somers, Montana, was sentenced by Judge Michael Wherry of Mercer County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty in May to several misdemeanor counts of open lewdness and indecent exposure.
Three female patients of Graham's reported episodes Aug. 29, Sept. 8 and Oct. 31, 2000, in which discussions of weight control led to Graham's dropping his pants without warning, stating he wanted to show them scars from liposuction surgery he said he had undergone.
Employees
In addition, one of his female employees reported that sometime during July 2000, he entered her office, shut the door and dropped his pants, exposing his genitals and saying, "I hope this doesn't embarrass or offend you."
Also, three female employees of UPMC Horizon Hospital in Greenville and one of his co-workers, who met him for a lunch-hour meeting at his office in July 2000, reported he asked if they wanted to see the site of his surgery. Before anyone had a chance to respond, he dropped his pants and exposed his genitals, the women reported.
All the episodes took place at Graham's medical offices at the Greenville Plaza, state Route 358, Hempfield Township.
Others sentenced
Several other people were also sentenced this week.
Michael Ames, 19, of Valencia, Pa., was placed on five years' probation for theft by unlawful taking, a misdemeanor, and criminal mischief, a summary offense. According to court documents, last November Ames stole $1,449 worth of goods from Camp Nazareth, Pew Road, Delaware Township. He was ordered to make restitution to the camp.
David Smither, 20, of South Lake Road, Mercer, was sentenced to 10 days in jail followed by two years' probation, less 25 days, for simple assault, a misdemeanor. On Feb. 1, according to court documents, he kicked a woman several times in the legs, wrenched her thumb, and threatened to kill her. The assault took place at a Franklin Place address in Grove City.
Robert Spruill, 53, of Fruit Avenue, Farrell, was placed on one year's probation and ordered to make $23 restitution for felony retail theft. On March 11, he stole six packages of steaks from the Farrell Golden Dawn Store, 829 Sharon-New Castle Road.
Frank Vennetti, 38, of County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio, was placed on two years' probation for misdemeanor passing bad checks. In December, 2001, he wrote a check to Automotive Finance Corp., Franklin Road, Jackson Township, knowing it would not be honored. He was ordered to pay $11,293 restitution to the company.
Justin Wyman, 31, address listed as Venango County Jail, Franklin, Pa., was placed on nine months' house arrest, followed by five years' probation, for misdemeanor forgery and theft by failure to make required disposition, a felony.
In February and March 2002, according to court documents, Wyman, who was an employee of Windsor Mortgage Co., 912 E. State St., Sharon, obtained money from several of the company's clients by telling them they were for legitimate fees and expenses when they were actually for his personal use. He bilked seven victims out of a total $3,250. Wyman also took a book of checks from a Main Street, West Middlesex address and cashed two of them for a total of $540. He was ordered to make restitution.
