KELLEY LONGFRANK BUFFANO
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Monsignor Lawrence Fye and the Rev. Peter Polando officiated for the wedding of Kelley Leighanne Long and Frank Joseph Buffano, both of 502 Fremont Ave., Tampa, Fla., that took place at 2:30 p.m. June 28 at St. Columba Cathedral.
A reception was held at The Embassy in Youngstown for the daughter of Sherry Jones Shockley of Ruston, La., and Lambert Green Long, Fernandina Beach, Fla., and the son of Judy Scanlon, 1455 Windel Way, Boardman, and the late Frank J. Buffano and James R. Scanlon. Afterward they left for Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
Since their return they are living in Tampa.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Amanda Long, and the bridesmaids, Chantel Stoops, Kibka Emmanuel, Aimee Estess, Maria Guerrieri and Katie Scanlon. Flower girls were Mia Buffano and Marissa Buffano.
Norm Scavazzo was best man, and groomsmen were Jamie Scanlon, Patrick Guerrieri, Chris Vecchione, Dr. Michael Perini and Dr. James Napoli. Ring bearer was Joey Buffano.
Also participating were Mandy Ramsey, Virginia Temple, Melissa Moffett, Katie Eagles, Stephanie Finton and Amy Paradis.
The bride graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston with a bachelor's degree in sociology. The groom attended Youngstown State University. They are district sales consultants with Gulf States Beauty Supply in Tampa.
