XMINERAL RIDGE -- St. Mary Church was the setting at 2:30 p.m. June 21 for the wedding of Heather Miller and Robert Zinz III.
The bride is a granddaughter of Paul and Margaret Miller, 10207 Gladstone Road, North Jackson. Mr. Zinz is a son of Margaret and James Cullinan, 150 Chapel Lane, Canfield, and Robert Jr. and Shirlee Zinz, 6359 Kirk Road, Canfield.
The Rev. Richard Murphy officiated, and a reception was held at the Saxon Club in Austintown. Following a honeymoon to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the couple are living at 762 Cheriwood Court, Boardman.
The bride's white strapless gown was embellished with pearls, and her veil was gathered to a silver and pearl tiara. She was escorted by her uncles, Kevin and Tim Miller.
Amber Detchon was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Becky Miller and Christine Campbell, the bride's cousins; Jen Hadley; Marcella Zinz, the groom's sister-in-law; and Marguerite Zinz, his sister. They wore iridescent coral gowns. Flower girls were the groom's niece, Mackenzie Glaros, and Tara Detchon.
Best man was Bruce Zinz, the groom's brother, and groomsmen were Kyle Fusselman, his cousin; Eric Hull Jr.; Shaun Miller, the bride's cousin; Tod Filmer; and Scott Detchon. Ushers were the bride's brothers, Sean, Tim and Dan Phelan.
Mrs. Zinz attended Youngstown State University and is a secretary to Dr. Thomas Sopkovich in Boardman.
Her husband is warranty administrator at Taylor Kia-Toyota in Boardman.
