CANFIELD -- Rainbow Rentals has appointed Daniel J. Griffin Jr. to the newly created position of director of marketing. Griffin is the former marketing director of Pearle Vision Inc., an optical retailer with more than 850 stores and more than $500 million in sales, and he also held marketing management positions at Cleveland-based Cole National Corp., an international optical and specialty gift retailer.
LAW
BOARDMAN -- The Engler-Vivo law firm in Boardman has added Melissa K. Rocci to its staff as an associate attorney. Rocci is a graduate of the California Western School of Law in SanDiego; she continued her law studies in Strasbourg, France. She has practiced law with the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, and has served as an assistant law director in the city of Newark, Ohio.
MANUFACTURING
WEATHERSFIELD -- The board of directors at RTI International Metals, parent company of RMI Titanium, has elected Donald Fusilli Jr. as a member. Fusilli is president and chief executive of Michael Baker Corp., which provides engineering and energy expertise for public and private sector clients worldwide. He has a law degree from Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh and earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.
ENGINEERING
YOUNGSTOWN -- MS Consultants has promoted Michael C. Kratofil to office manager in the firm's Indianapolis office. Kratofil joined the company in 1987 as an engineer in the environmental department based in Youngstown, and he has served in several other engineering positions, most recently as environmental division manager. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in engineering, both from Youngstown State University.
