NEAR DISASTER: The home of Bill and Debby Heasley of Pulaski, Pa., is close to falling down a steep embankment. The recent heavy rains washed away numerous inches of topsoil. What used to be a steep grassy hill to their home is now a deep gouge about 20 feet wide.
