YOUNGSTOWN Police have suspect in woman's death

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police say they have a suspect in a Friday night shooting that claimed a woman's life and injured her husband.
Dominique S. Lynch, 22, died at St. Elizabeth Medical Center about 10 p.m. Friday after she was shot under her right arm.
Her husband, Randy, 23, also was shot in the right shin but didn't notice the wound until after he was at the hospital where his wife was taken, Lees said.
That should result in another charge when an arrest is made, said Lt. Robin Lees, the police department's public information officer.
The shootings occurred outside the couple's home at 2325 Trussit Ave. at 8:40 p.m. after the couple argued with a neighbor over juveniles.
Randy Lynch told police he was trying to get his wife to stop arguing when a gray car pulled up, and a male got out and started shooting.
Dominique was near the passenger's side door of the car when the shooting began. She attempted to run but collapsed between her home and an adjoining home.
Randy Lynch said the neighbors across the street know the gunman.
The shooter was described as a heavyset man with braids. The vehicle was believed to be a gray Lincoln Town Car.
