Racks are blooming with spring fashions

Well, hello, spring.
Besides the usual crop of cherry blossoms and daffodils, cargo pants, trench coats and minis are also popping up as must-haves.
This season is all girlie-girl. Lots of soft colors like pinks and baby blues, florals and Asian prints, blousons, dressy fabrics and tailored suits. And for the daring, bustiers. Even cargo pants with their industrial zippers and drawstrings are toned down with delicate fabrics like silk. "Cargo pants are more feminine and more flexible," said H & amp;M's Karen Belva.
Don't forget the spring feet. Look for ladylike kitten heels, and loads of mules and espadrilles in warm colors. Also details, such as perforations, that take a plain shoe and makes them positively vintage.
Warm weather lets us finally shed our bulky sweaters and coats -- and show off those pale legs. So find a cheesecloth cami and go on a picnic.
