Parents announce Speece-Taranto engagement

XThe engagement of Stephanie Speece, 4820 S. Duck Creek Road, North Jackson, and Thomas Taranto, 29 Kirk St., Canfield, is announced by their parents.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Steve and Dawn Speece of the Duck Creek Road address. Parents of the future groom are Nick and Judy Taranto, 29118 Osborn Road, Bay Village.
Miss Speece graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She is a physical therapist at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital in Warren.
Mr. Taranto is employed as a sales and service representative with Alltel in Howland. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and transportation and logistics at OSU.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at Berlin Center United Methodist Church. An evening reception, also by invitation, is planned at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
