Frank Gardner Jr., 48, Thomas Drive, Wellsville; seven counts of breaking and entering, two counts of vandalism.
Christopher Grant, 28, Eleventh Street, Wellsville; aggravated burglary.
Gary Phillips, 59, state Route 45, Lisbon; theft.
David Stacey, age unavailable, W. Spruce Street, Lisbon; theft.
Larry Foster, 47, Ogden Street, East Liverpool; harassment by an inmate.
