Jones-Mosher engagement is make known

Announcing plans for their forthcoming wedding are Jennifer Davis Jones, 3989 Timber Lane, Youngstown, and Dr. Allan Robert Mosher, 1619 Lancaster Drive, Austintown.
Miss Jones is a daughter of Mary Nelle Jones of the Timber Lane address and the late Rev. Melvin R. Jones. The future groom is a son of Evelyn V. Mosher, 7414 N. Parkway, Tacoma, Wash., and the late Fredric J. Mosher.
An open ceremony is planned for 11 a.m. Dec. 21 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Youngstown, and invitations will be extended for a brunch reception to follow in the ballroom at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
The bride-elect holds a bachelor's degree in music from the University of Cincinnati and a master's in opera from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. She is a voice teacher at Ashland University, Ashland, and an opera singer with various opera companies.
Dr. Mosher holds a doctorate in musical arts from the University of Cincinnati and is associate professor of voice at Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University. He also is president of the Youngstown Opera Guild.
