RYAN PAPACHARLES DILLON
POLAND -- Holy Family Church was the setting at 5 p.m. Aug. 23 for the wedding of Ryan Marie Papa and Charles Dillon.
Parents of the bride are Michael and Holly Papa, 5645 Clingan Road, Struthers. Mr. Dillon is a son of Nancy Dillon, 566 Pierce Drive, Boardman.
The Rev. Benson Okpara officiated, and a reception followed at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
The couple honeymooned in the Bahamas and are living at 322 St. Thomas, Newport News, Va.
The bride wore a light-taupe A-line gown fashioned of silk satin and designed with a chapel train. The bodice was embellished with crystals and gold embroidery.
Maid of honor was her sister, Elizabeth Papa, and bridesmaids were Lisa Colla and Kimberly Leone. They wore champagne and gold gowns.
Michael Crouch performed the duties of best man, and serving as groomsmen were the groom's brothers, Jeffrey and John Dillon, and the bride's brother, Nathan Testa. Ushers were Charles Scaglione and Justin Busa.
Mrs. Dillon is a cum laude graduate of the University of Alaska in Anchorage, Alaska, with a bachelor's degree in education.
Her husband is a senior airman network administrator with the U.S. Air Force stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Va.
