MARY SCOTTLONNY LEARN
MINERAL RIDGE -- The Rev. Ron Maurer officiated at 1 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Church of Christ of Mineral Ridge as wedding vows were exchanged by Mary Scott and Lonny Learn.
The bride is a daughter of Terry and Darlene Scott of Prospect Street, and the groom is a son of Don and Georgianne Learn of Vestal Road, Youngstown.
A reception followed at the home of the couple on Vestal Road.
The bride wore a floor-length strapless gown embellished with periwinkle-blue flowers embroidered on the bodice and skirt.
Her sister, Rebekah Scott of Mineral Ridge, was maid of honor wearing a periwinkle gown. Flower girl was the groom's daughter, Kayla Learn of Mineral Ridge.
Donald Learn Jr. of Mineral Ridge performed the duties of best man for his brother, and the bride's son, Devon Scott of Youngstown, was ring bearer. Usher was the bride's brother, Michael Scott of Mineral Ridge.
Mrs. Learn graduated from Trumbull Business College with a degree in business administration. She is employed at WCI in Warren. She served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Her husband is employed at RMI Titanium in Niles.
