BOARDMAN -- Eric Martin of North Lima has been appointed branch manager and a registered principal with Commonwealth Financial Network, based in Waltham, Mass. Based in the Boardman office, Martin had been a financial consultant for the company. A Howland High School graduate, he holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
INSURANCE
HERMITAGE -- Jane E. Rollinson, formerly of Hermitage, has been named senior vice president and chief marketing executive of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.
Rollinson, a certified public accountant, had been president and chief executive officer of Medica, the largest health plan operating in Minnesota. She also held key senior leadership positions at Great American Financial Resources, William M. Mercer, ChoiceCare/Humana and Cigna Corp.
She is a graduate of Hickory High School, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University and has continued her education at Harvard, The Wharton School and the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Jacksonville, Fla.
HEALTH CARE
YOUNGSTOWN -- Dr. Dominic B. Vechiarelli, a Youngstown native, has opened a family chiropractic practice, Cleveland Chiropractic Associates, in Westlake, Ohio. A 1991 Ursuline High School graduate, Vechiarelli earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Cincinnati and a doctorate in chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Vechiarelli shares his practice with his fianc & eacute;e, Dr. Michelle Yan, offering chiropractic care, acupuncture and physical therapy.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Park Vista has promoted Rosemarie Cooper, R.N., to the position of director of nursing. A Struthers High School graduate, Cooper earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Youngstown State University. She had been a nursing supervisor at Park Vista Health Care Center before her promotion.
