YOUNGSTOWN -- April Kelly MacDougall became the bride of Brian Ronald Ferguson Aug. 24 during a ceremony at 2 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Dr. D. Larry Kline officiated for the daughter of Bob and Jolie MacDougall, 931 Lucas Lane, Oldsmar, Fla., and the son of Vanessa Ferguson, 56 W. Heights Ave., and the late Ronald W. Ferguson.
A reception took place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall, and the couple departed for a honeymoon to Las Vegas. They are living at 60 W. Heights Ave.
Becky Petkosek served as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Ashley Simpson, Gina Melfi, Janessa Piedra and Mandy Diaz. They wore lilac gowns.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Jason Ferguson, and groomsmen were Ian MacDougall, the bride's brother, and Dustin Allen, Nick Karas and Tony Winterburn. The couple's son, Brian Ferguson Jr., was ring bearer.
Mrs. Ferguson is employed as a teller at Charter One Bank in Boardman.
Her husband graduated from Akron Barber College and is owner-operator of Mahoning Avenue Barber Shop.
