Kiwanis club kicks off annual peanut sale

WARREN -- Warren Kiwanis Club has started its annual peanut sale.
Proceeds support the club's annual scholastic banquet, a yearly event in which academic scholarships are awarded to students at Warren G. Harding and John F. Kennedy high schools.
Items are available:
U Jumbo whole cashews, 1 pound, 10 oz. in gift tin for $17; 1 pound in mail-ready gift box for $12.
U Honey-roasted peanuts, four 12-oz. tins for $13; a case of 12 tins for $35.
U Chocolate-caramel pecan clusters, 1 pound, 8 oz. gift tin for $16.
U Gourmet mixed nuts (no peanuts), 31/2 pound tin for $24; 1 pound, 10 oz. gift tin for $15.
U Chocolate-covered peanuts, 1 pound, 8 oz. gift tin for $12.
