VOLLEYBALL Ridge claims 10th victory, against Niles

NILES -- Dasiana Casado had 14 kills and three blocks, Kerry MacGregor had six points and Carrie Wilson had 16 assists, as Mineral Ridge High defeated Niles 15-5, 15-6, in a non-conference volleyball match Monday.
The Rams improved to 10-6.
Junior Stacia Ray had four points while sophomore Amanda Furey had four digs and three blocks for Niles (2-11).
Struthers 15-15, Mooney 6-6
YOUNGSTOWN -- Jacquie Trevis had five kills and Nicole Robenolt had five aces for Struthers (7-8).
Junior Petrina Morocco had five points, junior Wendy Jackson had 23 assists and freshman Danielle Daltorio had 10 digs for Mooney (3-8).
South Range 15-14-15,Leetonia 9-16-7
LEETONIA -- Senior Andraea Hazel had 15 points and six aces, junior Kelly Skrinyer had five points and 20 assists and junior Jodi James had seven points, 16 kills and three blocks for South Range (5-6).
Sophomore Mallory Valentine had 11 points, five kills and four blocks, junior Bethany Grunick had five points and 21 sets and senior Marci Mancuso had six kills for Leetonia (2-8).

ANDOVER -- Janelle Beaver collected 16 points, three aces, five digs and four kills for Lordstown (8-4).
Alycia Israel also had 12 assists for Lordstown.
