Dietetic group to havelecture on osteoporosis
BOARDMAN -- The Mahoning Valley Dietetic Association is offering a lecture on "Osteoporosis: A Pediatric Concern?" for dietetic professionals and students studying dietetics only, from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Beeghly Oaks Nursing Home, 6505 Market St.
The lecture is free to members and costs $16 for nonmembers.

MIA-POW ceremony
NEW SPRINGFIELD -- VFW Post 2799 is having a MIA-POW public remembrance ceremony at 8 tonight at the post home on South Range Road.
There will be a roast beef dinner from 4 to 8 p.m., which is $6 per person.
