XGourmet Club of the Youngstown Chapter of the American Association of University Women will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday at Anthony's On-The-River in Youngstown. Hostesses will be Marguerite DeMart and Dorothy McDonnell.

XGathering of Irish Clans will meet Monday at the home of the president, Sally Pallante, 5480 Mission Hills Drive, Canfield. Those attending should take a dish to share for dinner at 6 p.m. A meeting afterward will focus on reports on the 2002 festival and setting a date for next year's event.
XGreater Youngstown Area Parliamentary Law Unit will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at 365 McClurg Road, Boardman. A workshop-lesson will follow. New members are welcome. For information call (330) 965-0982.
XNew Middletown Homemakers Club will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the C & amp;C Clubhouse. Those attending should take red, white and blue articles that have been made at craft sessions. They will be used as decorations. A speaker will focus on the Ohio bicentennial. The craft will be a whirligig. Items needed are 1 sheet each of red, white and blue plastic canvas, wire coat hanger and fishing line. Other materials will be provided. Hostesses will be Louise Mohr and Marlene Luzik.
XNewcomers Club will hold a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Piccadilly Parlour in Canfield. Afterward the group will tour the Western Reserve Village at the Canfield Fairgrounds. For reservations call Lori Brennan, (330) 707-9022. Annual dues will be collected.
XParents of Performing Arts meets at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building in McDonald.

XWomen's Committee for Children's Concerts will meet Monday at the Youngstown Club. A social time will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the meeting to follow at 10. Hostesses will be Janet Rich and Mary Ann Fees.

XDublin Grange will meet for a covered dish dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the grange hall. Installation of officers by the county installing team will follow.
