The Trumbull County grand jury issued these indictments Wednesday:
Clarence M. Wheeler III, 26, of Fruit Avenue, Farrell, Pa.; three counts of trafficking in cocaine.
Lorenzo Hamm, 23, of Wallis Street, Farrell, Pa.; three counts of trafficking in cocaine.
Charles A. Seaman III, 21, of Douglas Street, Warren; receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools, both misdemeanors.
Beau A. Palmer, 19, of Edward Street, Warren; receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools, both misdemeanors.
Thomas Fisher, 19, of Logan Avenue, Warren; theft.
Stanley E. Redd Jr., 23, Mahoning Avenue Northwest; two counts of cocaine possession.
John T. Pollard, 56, Draper Street Southeast, Warren; possession of cocaine.
Clifton Smith Sr., 29, Park Avenue, Niles; trafficking in marijuana.
James J. Hutz, 42, Thompson-Sharpsville Road, Fowler; illegal processing of drug documents.
Michael J. Plant, 18, Cherry Street, Niles; breaking and entering and a misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
Loretta Jones, 45, Warren Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Deborah E. Smith, 47, Tod Avenue Northwest, Warren; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a detention facility, two counts of trafficking in drugs with a vehicle forfeiture, trafficking in cocaine with a vehicle forfeiture, trafficking in marijuana with a vehicle forfeiture and possession of cocaine.
