Matthew and Ruth (Morrison) Casson of Flossmoor, Ill., are announcing the birth of their second child, a son, Frank Ronald, Sept. 5, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. His grandparents are Mrs. Frank W. Morrison of Liberty Township and Mrs. Ronald W. Casson of Tinley Park, Ill.
