BOARDMAN -- St. Charles Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 10 for the wedding of Gina Marie Alberti, a daughter of Frank and Nancy Alberti, 7985 Aquadale Drive, and Sean Robert Guerriero, a son of Stephen and Kathleen Guerriero, 93 Hopewell Drive Struthers.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Daniel Venglarik and was followed by a reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown. The couple spent their honeymoon on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico and live in Canfield.
The bride, a kindergarten teacher at Eagle Heights Academy in Youngstown, graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in early childhood education.
The groom graduated from YSU with a degree in physical education and is a physical education teacher and strengthening and conditioning coach at Gilmore Academy in Gates Mills.
The fitted bodice of the bride's imported Italian satin gown was embellished with pearls, crystals and rhinestones. The skirt was designed with inverted box pleats and extended to a semi-cathedral train.
Iced silver gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Stacy Guerriero, and the bridesmaids, Lisette Alberti, Amanda Dyke, Kelly Elliott, Carrie Kreps and Erin Nagy.
Flower girl was Nicole Guerriero.
The duties of best man were performed by Michael Guerriero, and serving as groomsmen were James Alberti, Joseph Alberti, Gregory Giannios, Stephen Guerriero and Daniel Temnick.
