Have a flawed floor? Rust-Oleum wants it

Rust-Oleum, which manufactures Varathane polyurethane products, is looking for the most-flawed natural-wood floor in America.
If your floor is judged the nation's most needy, you'll receive a professional floor refinishing valued at $7,000.
Floors with major structural problems aren't eligible.
Second prize is two floor-seat tickets to one of the biggest professional basketball games of the year, including travel and hotel.
Send a photo of your natural-wood floor and a 100-word essay on why it is America's most flawed to:
America's Most Flawed Floor Contest, 200 E. Randolph Drive, 63d Floor, Chicago, Ill. 60601.
Entries must be postmarked by Nov. 30.
For safety, keepcutting tools sharp
Here's a safety tip.
If you love to tinker with cutting tools, there is something you should know about them.
They work best when they are as sharp as they can possibly be.
A dull power-saw blade has a tendency to bind and can cause the saw to jump backward over some of your precious body parts.
Unusual pressure must be exerted to make a dull wood chisel cut properly.
This type of pressure makes it dangerous for anyone standing close by.
A dull drill bit can start a fire and burn out your drill motor.
To keep your cutting tools sharp, effective and safe, look in the Yellow Pages under "tool repair" or "sharpening."
