The following dates are dam release-rafting days on the Gauley River:
Sept. 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29 and 30.
Oct. 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 and 13.
Oct. 20 is a special release day, coinciding with Bridge Day (Oct. 19).
