Hermitage police said they misidentified the survivor of a two-car crash on the Shenango Valley Freeway on Tuesday that killed Nick Hartis, 75, of Sunset Boulevard.
The driver of the other car was Edward Hawkins, 38, of Hadley Road, Greenville. He was in stable condition Friday evening in Sharon Regional Health System's hospital.
