CANFIELD -- James E. Wilson has joined Sky Bank as manager of the Canfield financial center. A Youngstown resident, Wilson earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in business from Youngstown State University and is licensed to sell annuities in Ohio.
BLUFFTON, Ohio -- Cliff Barber, formerly of the Youngstown area, has been promoted to vice president of commercial lending at Citizens National Bank in Bluffton, Ohio. Barber has an associate degree in business management from Lima Technical College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Findlay. He lives in Elida, Ohio.

BOARDMAN -- Hill, Barth & amp; King LLC, certified public accountants and business consultants, has recently admitted David Blasko and Richard Morrow as new principals in its Boardman office.
Blasko, a Boardman resident, joined the firm in 1992 and graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University.
Morrow, of Columbiana, joined the firm in 1994. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University.
