Bowers-Finkley wedding plans are announced

YOUNGSTOWN -- Samantha Bowers, 320 E. Laclede Ave., and Marlin J. Finkley, 1403 Republic Ave., are announcing plans for their coming wedding.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Lori and Eddi Robinson of the Laclede Avenue address and Gladys Bowers of Market Street and the late Governor Bowers Jr. Mr. Finkley is a son of Melvin and Gloria Finkley, 48 N. Garland Ave.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding to take place at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Wick Park Pavilion, where a reception will follow.
The prospective groom is employed in inspection at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren.
