Mike Vernars aced the third hole at Mill Creek North, using a 6-iron. Witnesses were Bert Keiber, Bill Jordan and Warren Frey.
Jim Leckie of Niles aced the 11th hole at Candywood Golf Club, a 165-yard hole. He used a 6-iron. Witnesses were Butch Rhodes and Dave Kaercher.
Alex Bilchak of Youngstown at Henry Stambaugh on the 140-yard, No. 6 hole with an 8-iron. He was participating in a Youngstown State golf class. Witnesses were Josh Aikens and Chris Costello.
