YOUNGSTOWN -- Cohen & amp; Company, Certified Public Accountants, has promoted Lisa Loychik to the level of principal and hired Dave Roberts as a senior manager.
Loychik, who is based out of the Youngstown tax department, specializes in tax research and compliance and is involved in tax planning for both corporate and individual clients. A Niles resident, she is a graduate of Kent State University.
Roberts is based out of the Youngstown accounting and auditing department. He is a resident of Poland and a graduate of Miami University of Ohio.
HUNT VALLEY, Md. -- Melissa Allen, a graduate of Grove City College, has recently joined Stout, Causey and Horning, Public Accountants, as a staff accountant. She lives in Cockeysville, Md.

AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Randi Hall-Lee to program supervisor in its Austintown Christian call center. The Farrell, Pa., resident has a bachelor's degree in communications mass media, with a minor in marketing, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She began her career with InfoCision in May as a communicator in the Austintown Commercial Prospecting and Technology center.
