Notebook: Although both teams are at the bottom of the Steel Valley Conference, Ursuline and Mooney have playoff berths at stake in Division IV, Region 13. Ursuline is eighth (11.1445) and Mooney is ninth (9.7625) in this week's computer ratings. Ursuline finishes its season against Rayen, while Mooney goes to Boardman. The Cardinals, coached by P.J. Fecko, were in position to gain a wealth of points last week, but they lost 24-21 to state-ranked Cleveland Benedictine, which is No. 1 in Div. III, Region 9 of the computer ratings. Dustin Hinkle's 49-yard field goal fell just short. Junior QB Ron Stoops ran for 93 yards and threw two TD passes. Senior Patsy Malie added 71 yards on the ground. Ursuline fell to .500 with a 27-24 loss at Columbus Watterson, which kicked a 20-yard field goal with no time left for the victory. Terrence Graves, Delbert Ferguson, Louis Irizarry and Isaiah Poindexter each scored TDs for the Irish, coached by Dan Murphy.

Notebook: The winner clinches a share of the Trumbull Athletic Conference title. Hubbard is ranked fourth in Div. IV, Region 9 computer ratings and fourth in this week's Associated Press poll. The Eagles' primary weapon is running back Shaun Lane, who ran for 194 yards and a touchdown in last week's 35-14 win over Champion. Quarterback Gabe McKee ran for two touchdowns and threw for another. The Eagles have won 20 straight regular season home games. Girard, ranked fifth in Div. IV, Region 13 computer ratings, uses a spread offense that gives quarterback Matt Zuppo plenty of options. Zuppo threw for 260 yards and five touchdowns in last week's 47-28 win over LaBrae. All-state receiver Dustin Helle caught three touchdown passes as the Indians jumped out to a 27-0 lead.
WARREN JFK (4-4) vs.CAMPBELL MEMORIAL (5-3)

Last meeting: Warren JFK won 21-14 last year.
Notebook: Warren JFK is coming off a 24-6 win at Jefferson. Quarterback Chase Senk completed 7-of-14 passes for 71 yards and a tally while Anthony Ambeliotis rushed 18 times for 112 yards and a 9-yard score. On the ground, JFK gained 158 yards on 40 attempts. Jefferson was held to 156 total yards -- 99 on the ground. The Eagles are scoring 20 points a game, giving up 14. JFK beat Kennedy Catholic 21-18 early in the year. Coach Tony Napolet enters the final two games with the belief that if the 12th-place Eagles beat Campbell and Howland, they'd qualify for the playoffs. Both upcoming opponents have five wins. The JFK-Campbell rivalry developed when both schools were voted out of the old Mahoning Valley Conference. Campbell -- Last Friday the Red Devils held off the other Kennedy on their schedule (Kennedy Catholic) 45-44 in overtime. Tim Davis led the way with 40 carries for 222 yards and three touchdowns. He has 1,063 rushing yards through eight games. Quarterback Rick Quinn is having a big season and threw three touchdown passes and hit on half of his 18 passes for 155 yards in the tight decision. The Red Devils are scoring 26 points a start, allowing about 23.
