CANFIELD -- Married Sept. 7 at First Free Methodist Church were Michelle Lynn Dahman, daughter of Floyd and Charlotte Double, 134 Nevada Ave., Boardman, and Brian Pete Kester, 3230 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, a son of Paul and Loretta Lupo, 5780 Liberty Ave., Vermillion.
The Rev. Jeff Mincher presided at the 2:30 p.m. wedding ceremony, and afterward the couple accepted congratulations during a reception held at the Kenneth F. McMahon Hall.
They live at the groom's address.
The bride's halter-style gown of ivory chiffon was designed with an empire bodice adorned with sequins, pearls and embroidery. The A-line skirt featured a detachable court-length train adorned with rosettes.
A taupe and ivory gown was worn by the honor attendant, Jamie Mitchell of Boardman. Serving as flower girl was the groom's niece, Brianna Kester of Youngstown.
The duties of best man were performed by Jeff Kester of Youngstown, a brother of the groom. Ring bearer was his nephew, Jeffrey P. Kester of Youngstown. Guests were ushered by the groom's uncle, Mike Triglia of Vermillion, and Frank Bartholomew of Youngstown.
A sales associate at Taylor Toyota in Boardman, the bride is pursuing a degree in child day care at Youngstown State University.
The groom holds a degree in business-finance from YSU and is employed in sales with Jim Pace Pontiac in Niles.
