Youngstown Links member honored

HOWLAND -- The Youngstown Chapter of Links Inc. met Sept. 22 at Opus Twenty One with Margot James Copeland, central area director, attending as a special guest.
Copeland presented an award to chapter member Betty Armstrong for her 43 years of service .
The local chapter is developing a strategic plan to expand its membership and coordinate a long-term umbrella project to benefit local educational institutions.
The theme for the national organization's biennium is "Touching Tomorrow Today."
