Sept. 23
Theft: A Toro lawn mower and bag attachment valued at $503 were stolen from a garage in the 200 block of Jade Circle.
Breaking and entering: A coin collection worth more than $300, including some antique coins, were taken from a residence in the 400 block of South Hillside Drive. A black duffel bag also was missing, and the residence was ransacked.
Sept. 24
Drug paraphernalia: Charges of delinquent child and possession of drug paraphernalia were brought against a student at Mahoning County Joint Vocational School, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, for carrying a pipe with marijuana residue.

Sept. 23
Criminal trespass: A man was arrested on a trespassing charge at TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Thefts: Four vehicles were broken into along Westchester Drive. Two CD players and a cassette player were taken from two cars and two of the cars' windows were damaged.
Drug offense: A man was arrested on a drug offense at Route 46 and Lou Ida Boulevard.
Theft: An AM/FM CD player was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Burkey Road.
Auto theft: A 1988 Buick LeSabre was stolen from the IGA parking lot, 4477 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A CD player and compact discs were stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Avalon Court.
Sept. 24
Theft: A man's bicycle was stolen from the 5000 block of Calloway Circle.
Theft: A wallet was stolen from Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Drug offense: A 17-year-old male student was arrested at Fitch High School on charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of cigarettes.
Auto theft: A 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was stolen from the parking lot of ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Criminal damage: A window was broken at Woodside Elementary School, 4105 Elmwood Ave.
Burglary: Money was taken from a residence in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane. There was no sign of forced entry.
Auto theft: A 1996 Ford Explorer was taken from the parking lot of Sleep Inn, 5335 Interstate Blvd.
Burglary: Clothing was taken from a home in the 60 block of North Turner Road. There was no sign of forced entry.
Theft: A man was charged with theft at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damage: A rock was thrown through a window in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Boulevard.
Theft: Stereo equipment was stolen and the driver's-side window was broken in a vehicle in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft: A manhole cover was reported stolen from the 4000 block of New Road.
Sept. 26
Theft: An American flag was stolen from a residence in the 4000 block of Central Avenue.
Theft: A wallet was stolen at J.C. Penney Co., 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Attempted burglary: The entrance doors and window were damaged but nothing was reported missing at a residence in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.
Theft: An American flag was stolen from Davis Elementary, 4302 Maple Ave.
Theft: Three people were arrested and charged with theft at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Sept. 27
Personal injury: A 10-year-old girl was bitten by a dog in the 30 block of North Roanoke Avenue.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged in the 500 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft from auto: Stereo equipment was stolen from the 100 block of South Meridian Road.
Auto theft: A 1993 GMC van was stolen from the Kmart parking lot, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: $18.24 worth of gasoline was stolen from the BP gas station, 890 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Thefts: Two bicycles were stolen from the 1600 block of Fountain Square.
Theft: $165 in coins was taken from a residence in the 900 block of Compass West.
Sept. 28
Criminal damage: A window was damaged at Jalco Truck Products, 534 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: A CD player was stolen from the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Drug offense: A marijuana plant was taken from a residence in the 4000 block of Oakwood Avenue.
Theft: A bicycle was stolen from the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Burglary: A 10-speed bike was stolen from a garage in the 90 block of Kenmar Court.
Burglary: A lock was damaged at a residence in the 40 block of Kenmar Court. It is unknown if anything was taken.
Theft: A compact-disc player and amplifier were taken from the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft: 210 gallons of diesel fuel worth $310.70 was stolen from Pilot Travel Center, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Sept. 29
Theft: Twenty compact discs were taken from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.
Drug offense: A man was arrested at state Route 11 and Norquest Boulevard on a charge of marijuana possession.
