Greenville library plans used-book sale
GREENVILLE -- Thousands of books will be on sale at the Friends of Greenville Area Public Library's annual used-book sale Thursday through Saturday.
Library Director Sheila Kretser said the library uses all the money earned through the sale is to buy materials and provide services.
This year's inventory includes many how-to-books, hardback books of both fiction and nonfiction, children's books and hundreds of paperback novels, including romances and mysteries.
Sale hours are: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The library is at 330 Main Street (Pa. Route 358). For more information, call (724) 588-5490.
