The Pittsburgh team had won 13 straight games without giving up a point until the 20-3 loss.

WEXFORD, Pa. -- Paul Posluszny rushed for 122 yards on 31 carries as Hopewell defeated Perry Traditional Academy, 20-3, in the PIAA Class AAA semifinals Friday at North Allegheny High School.
The victory earns Hopewell (13-1) its first trip to Hershey for the state championship game.
The Vikings will face Strath Haven (14-0) in the title game Friday at 7 p.m. at Hersheypark Stadium. Strath Haven earned its title berth with a 38-13 win over Lower Dauphin (13-1).
Hopewell drove 51 yards on 13 plays on its first possession and scored on a 7-yard run by Posluszny. Adam Cosnek kicked a 19 yard field goal on the Vikings next possession and Hopewell had all the points it needed.
The Vikings also scored on a 46-yard run by quarterback Matt Fontana and a 23-yard field goal by Cosnek.
The loss ended a streak of 13 consecutive shutouts in which Perry (13-1) outscored its opponents 689 to 0. The Commodores had only 102 yards in total offense.
Their only points came on a 38-yard field goal by Scott Knapp in the second quarter.
Seton-La Salle 42, Forest Hills 18
ALTOONA, Pa. -- Anthony Doria threw four touchdown passes and ran for another to lead Seton-LaSalle over Forest Hills in the PIAA Class AA semifinals at Altoona's Mansion Park.
The victory earns Seton-LaSalle (14-0) its first trip since 1990 to the PIAA title game, which will be next Saturday at noon at Hersheypark Stadium. The Rebels will face either Mount Carmel or Northwestern Lehigh.
Doria, who completed 22 of 31 passes for 271 yards, connected with Mike Caputo on touchdown passes of 19, 36, and 32 yards. He also connected with Joe DelSardo on a 12-yard touchdown pass, and scored on a 1-yard sneak.
Caputo caught 9 passes for 158 yards, while DelSardo caught 7 passes for 120 yards. DelSardo also scored when he recovered a blocked punt in the end zone with 15 seconds left in the first half.
Forest Hills (13-1) was led by Eric Trout, who scored three touchdowns: on a 71-yard run and on receptions of 36 and 25 yards from Bryan Kudlawiec.
Rochester 21, Bishop Carroll 19
NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. -- Nate Waldron rushed for 112 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries to lead Rochester over Bishop Carroll in the PIAA Class A semifinals at East Allegheny High School.
The victory earns Rochester (12-2) its fourth berth in five years to the PIAA championship game, which will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Hersheypark Stadium.
The Rams, PIAA champions three of the last four years, will face either Southern Columbia or Schuylkill Haven in the title game.
Waldron scored on a 15-yard run in the second quarter. The Rams also scored on a 50-yard pass from Jeff Peternel-Gitts to Dan Fike in the first quarter and on a 3-yard run by Mitchell Goettman in the fourth quarter.
It was the second straight year that Bishop Carroll (12-2) lost to Rochester in the PIAA semifinals. The Huskies were led by Nate Crookshank, who completed 7 of 18 passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns.
Crookshank threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Westrick in the first quarter and a 17-yard scoring strike to Brock Lauer in the fourth quarter.
The three extra points by Sam DiGiovine was the difference in the game.
