14 bouts on tap tonight at St. Luke

YOUNGSTOWN -- Doors will open at 6:30 tonight at St. Luke School, 5225 South Avenue, for Southside Boxing Club trainer Jack Loew's "Thanksgiving Feast" boxing card.
Fourteen amateur bouts will begin at 7:30 p.m.
With 11 fighters from Loew's gym on the card, the four-round main event will feature 147 pound stablemates Durrell Richardson and Billy Lyell from Niles.
Richardson has a 19-6 record and is the nephew of former WBC world bantamweight champion Greg Richardson. He won the 2002 147-pound title at the Nationals.
Lyell (24-11) has been a quarterfinalist at the Nationals.
Tonight's bouts are sanctioned by the AAU and the Lake Erie Boxing Association.
"If this card is a success, we will have the Golden Gloves back here this winter," Loew said.
General admission tickets cost $10.
