NEIGHBORLY: Above, Del Thompson of Thompson Excavating operates a backhoe while Curt Thompson steps over the trench to run a new waterline at the home of Olga Garcia on Ayers Street in Youngstown. At right, Ron Garvey and Ron Brown carry tools and pipe to the basement of the Garcia residence.
